DIFFUSER SAFETY AND CARE GUIDE

SAFETY

Diffusers contain flammable liquid.  Do not light reeds.  Do not ingest.  Keep diffusers out of reach of children and pets.

People suffering from perfume sensitivity should take caution when using diffusers. Use gloves when handling and turning used reeds.  Avoid contact with skin and eyes.  If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if required.  CLP information is on the base of the diffuser.

Do not place diffusers directly on to polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.  Always place on a coaster or protective mat and take care when flipping the reeds to avoid splashes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

On a level surface, unscrew the black cap and gently press out the white inner disc.  Screw the black cap back on to the bottle.  Unwrap the reeds and place them into the bottle fanning them out as desired.   After an hour or so carefully flip the reeds over to activate the diffuser.  Allow a few hours for the scent to draw up through the reeds allowing the fragrance to disperse into the air.

PERFORMANCE

Diffuser performance will vary according to where they are placed.  Reed diffusers work best in smaller spaces and are a perfect low-maintenance option to scent your home.  In larger spaces, using multiple diffusers will achieve a more noticeable scent throw.

The rate of diffusion will depend on several factors.  When choosing where to position your diffusers please avoid placing near radiators or sources of heat as warmth will result in the fragrance oil evaporating more quickly.  Please also avoid placing diffusers beside windows as drafts can result in weakening the fragrance throw.

Flipping the reeds is the best way to achieve a fresh fragrance boost.  We recommend flipping them weekly.  Please remember that the more often you flip the reeds, the quicker the fragrance oil will be used up.   If the fragrance throw is too strong, try removing one reed at a time until the desired level of scent is achieved.
